Pastor Chad has been in ministry as a pastor for 27 years serving as a children's pastor, youth pastor, associate pastor, and lead pastor. He has also been involved in church planting since 2006, and has planted or replanted 4 churches along the way. He is co-founder of Huntin The Truth Ministries with his twin brother, James, which is an outdoor non-profit ministry serving physically challenged men, women, and youth in wheelchairs or who have disabilities, and youth who do not have a father figure. James and Chad are also co-producers and co-hosts of an outdoor reality show on Dish and Direct TV called "Twin Factor," and are authors who speak at various outdoor and ministry events.
He graduated from Rochester Christian University with a degree in ministry with a focus on youth and family ministry. He is a life-long resident of Lapeer County in Michigan and lives in Imlay City with his wife, Melanie, their five children and a house full of animals.
